Scott Wilson has undertaken a wide range of commissions for Defence Estates and military facilities, including advisory, project management and partnering for the design and maintenance of a wide range of specialist facilities. Our experience includes accommodation, naval facilities, airbases and hardened buildings.

Changes in defence procurement policy and the adoption, in particular, of the principles of Prime Contracting for construction and maintenance services throughout the UK have introduced new challenges within this sub-sector. Through Prime Contracting and from strategically located offices throughout the UK, Scott Wilson is developing its relationship with Defence Estates, and establishing long term relationships with Prime Contractors as part of their supply chain.

We have embraced management of collaborative design, working as part of a supply chain, continuous improvement, mobilising and developing people and incorporation of value enhancing techniques.
